Missing files

I put some files that were in a folder into another folder inside the same folder, and they disapeared. and when i try to delete the folder which it says is now empty it says "cannot delete: the directory is not empty. Its not on my main drive its on a slave

 

Try copying the folders from the slave to the master one at a time from the bottom of the directory tree. So d:/folder/folder/folder < this one first. If that doesn't get the files back, try cutting the folders from the slave to the master, again from the bottom of the tree.
