Missing KbdHook.dll

Hi!

Asus G74sx
Win 7 sp 1 x64

When I boot up, I get this message:

"The program can't start because KbdHook.dll is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

Fspulip.exe system error

I googled for the dll, and found out that it refers to the sensor touchpad.
Which makes sense, because I can't turn it off now. fn+f9 isn't doing the job.

I want to make sure that that is indeed the problem, and if so, where is a safe site from which to download it? Also, where do I put it?

I'm doing the "Happy Dance".

I use paint shop pro, and you can only imagine the problems I was having when trying to do pixel by pixel work on a graphic!

The sensor pad is so big on this computer that I couldn't evade it.
