Missing Kernel.32 Win 98 se

Hi,

In the most recent version of Picasa v 2.6.0 Build 35.97,it is indicated that it can work in Win 98.So I installed it and,everything went smoothly until the following 2 errors intervened (See attached Screenshots).I tried to extract this 'Kernel32.dll" from our Windows 98 SE disk,but it seems that it's not in there.Could anyone help me and provide details on how to fix this problem ? Thank you very much.

Thanks for the good word Steve,
I checked the Google site you indicated,and it clearly states,it's not for Win 98.I should have known better! I'll check the older Picasa one to see whether it could work,for my wife to be able to download her pictures from our HP 818 camera.

We also have a few free photo editors here. IrfanView is an excellent program.
