missing kstvtune.ax kswdmcap.ax ksxbar.ax

    I have been trying to install my webcam and its saying that I'm missing some files....kstvtune.ax kswdmcap.ax ksxbar.ax

    i have windows ME.

    where can i download these files? i think this is a common prob.
