    Hello again, guys...

I've been trying to install Pixlr image editor on my xp sp3 laptop and at the end of the installation process I get a message saying the the Normaliz.dll file is missing. I've tried reinstalling the software as suggested by a quick internet search, but to no avail. Any suggestions on how to remedy the problem, please?

    6 versions here

    https://www.dll-files.com/normaliz.dll.html

Go to the middle of the page where it says "Advanced Users-----". Download and install yourself. You don't have to buy anything. Unzip it to a folder and read the install text. Some can be put in the calling program's folder and some may go into a Windows folder.
Try to find which version you need.
