Did you check if you have plugins like Flash and Java Virtual Machine? These missing sections can be because you dont have some of the plugins needed. Most of the cases if you double click on the section you'll get what is missing.

tried double clicking missing sections no good
flash and java are both installed as far as i can tell
    how do i confirm this?
could the prob be security settings?

For checking if the plugins are installed check add or remove programs in control panel.

It can also be because of security settings. What is the current IE security settings?

If you could just tell me what links give you the missing sections. I can check it out here.

I ran into this on my cousins pc 3 weeks ago. we used the program WINSOCK FIX. Everyone said that the host file has a problem. This program will fix it for you. Here is the link for it.

    WINSOCK FIX

Hope that helps you out, Bryan

Both of those pages are running Flash. Are you using internet explorer? What version? If you're using version 6 (go to help menu then click "about" to get the version number) then you can check to see if you have flash installed by going to the "tools" menu > internet options > programs tab > then click the manage add-ons. In that list, you should see a listing for shockwave flash object by macromedia. If it's not there, download it here: http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

    Hope this helps.
