Missing Security Patch

While browsing I checked out the description of an extension on a website called "auditmypc.com" - while there, it indicated that my internal IP address was exposed and I had a missing security patch. I immediately went into WIN XP and checked to be sure I had all updates and also into Office XP and verified updates. I checked security through the control panel to be sure the firewall was up and running for all connections(it was)... to be safer, I downloaded & installed Zone Alarm firewall software. I've checked everything I can think of to check, rebooted, and still everytime I go into this website it alerts me to my NAT/Internal IP Address being exposed and lists the address along with information of where I have been visiting on the web all the way down to what I had cut and pasted on my laptop clipboard. This is really freaking me out that everything on my laptop is being made available to any hacker out there - what should I do? Running WIN XP Pro, AVG, Zone Alarm

Well, so is everyone else's that isn't behind a router or NAT device.

Sounds like the site you went to is a scam.
