missing some internal links

hey guys, i posted in march about strongvault.

ever since, ive noticed i cant open a lot of things. example, if i click on screen saver, box comes up saying ""windows cannot find 'control.exe'. make sure you typed the name correctly, then try again"".
same with display settings, theme, etc...

im sure i caused it by deleting things i had no business deleting..!!:banghead
that was before i found you guys. any 'easy' way to get this cleared up.?
