missing System32 mshtml.hlp file?

Running XPsp3. Was trying to save an emailed and unnamed file type picture that contains some 'flash' movement, ie, a Christmas tree. No attachment clip was with the email, just the displayed 'live' picture content. Windows says the above subject-referenced file is not found in System32 and must be installed/reinstalled. Was this because of the missing attachment file clip, or where would I go to install this .hlp file? I've saved other similar live pics but I believe their displays within the received emails all contained an identifiable file type attachment as well.

Thanks. I checked the post in Piriform and I'm inclined to consider this issue relates to what the image file characteristics are, and no file association attachment clip in the opened email window. It's a rare occurrence, probably not worth pursuing further.
