MMC for user

Hi guys. I have a situation in which i have to grant a user to use only some folders/files in the MMC console on there computer.
for example, I , the administrator wants to assign a user to administer some of the organizational units in the MMC and i don't want the user to have access to the other files/folders in the MMC
the computer is connected to a AD DS server and is on the same domain as the AD DS server.
So is it even possible to do it, if so, please help
