mobo and cpu temp

    hi all, i have a celeron 351 775 socket cpu and a asus 775vm800 motherboard, the temperatures for these are cpu 55 centigrade and motherboard 33 centigrade, is this ok?.
    i have a radeon 9550 vid card, on-board sound, cd-rw, dvd+/-rw (dual layer), 20gb hdd and 200gb hdd, 512 ddr400, front and rear fan, card type exhaust fan and an fdd just to round off
