You should be fine from what I see.

Asus only tests a few models of RAM with any particular board. The Gskill model they tested with that board and in an 8gb (2x4) is this one which is a higher clock speed. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231455

Where yours is this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231440

I don't know enough about timings to read specs but know either should work fine. Is there a reason you are going with 10600 speed?

Here is a link to Asus's tested memory modules for that board. Just because a model isn't on the list doesn't mean it won't work but if you want a Gskill model from the list that is still available for sale then my first link would be one. http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1155/P8H77-M_LE/P8H77-M-LE-Memory-QVL.zip

That ram should work just fine with that JMB. Just be careful that the ram isn't too tall for your fan/heatsink. You might want to opt for the same ram, just in a low profile package for that reason.
