mobo number

i am trying to find my mobo number compaq made this computer so compaq hell the power is only 120W does someone know where i can find the mobo number because i am trying to find a good system performance testing that will work on this one

other than that you could contact hp/compaq with the model of your pc and get the info from them

 

I have a problem kind of like this one. But, my mobo in out of the case. I found it, some ram, a power supply, and a tower case. I would try and put it together, but nine or ten of the cup pins are bent, and bent way to far to fix. The ram works fine in my other computer, but it’s an AMD, and the other mobo is a P-4, Dell made it, but I’m been out of luck, trying to find which one it is. I’ve looked a photos, and specs, still can’t find it…….thanks for the time,……wobbles

 

If Everest doesnt give you the make/model no....then go to the compaq website and type in your model (example 5W254) Should be on the side of your tower somewhere..you should then get a listing of all installed components

Also you could look at the motherboard itself there should be some writing...usually in between the PCI slots listing the exact model

 

well i bet you never seen a compaq like this one its a mini desktop computer its 1ft by 1ft 2inch and about 2inch thick the power is only 120w pci slots you have to pull out to put anything in it has a laptop cd-rom they tryed to make it as small as they could the compaq name is compaq deskpro SFF series i see this computer on e-bay alot
