Hi, I have a question about my ABIT motherboard.
    Its a KD7 Series : KD7
I cant find the max processor speed in my manual or on the manufactuer's webpage.
Can someone tell me where I can locate its max CPU speed?

It says it supports Athlons, Athlon XPs with 200, 266, 333 mhz FSB but not the Ghz or mhz in the manual.

Should support any processor with the same Socket style that runs at that FSB speed. I could be wrong but thats my guess.

The max processor speed for that would probably be that of an Athlon XP 3000+ (which AFAIK is the fastest CPU that runs on 333MHz) which is 2.2Ghz.

It probably wont say the actual GHz value, as AMD may come out with a new 333MHz processor which is faster than a 3000+, but I doubt they will as they are going for the newer 64bit processors now.

Oh good, I'm glad I can continue to upgrade!
    Thank you so much. :)
