Hi I`m back to pick your brains some more on mobos and such.Will these work ok together ASUS A8V SOC 939 #N82E161813131541,AMD ATHLON 3200 939 CPU #N82E16819103535,CORSAIR 1 GB MEMORY 184 PIN DDR SDRAM 400 (PC 3200) #N82E16820145505,and Windows XP #N82E37102059.These are all priced at newegg.com(sorry I tried to post links but couln`t get them to work).Will I have any problems running 1 stick of ram(planning on getting more later)?Is this the same windows xp os that came with my son & daughters laptops?Once again I thank you for your help and time.

 

No problems running one stick but its better to buy a dual channel kit as you can then have the extra performance of dual channel, its worth it,post what the computer will be used for and your budget we'll help you find the cheapest most optimal parts
