Modem takes a long time to Connect to Net.et,

I have just recently started having a problem connecting to the Net with my Modem.

It takes ages to connect or does not do at all sometimes.
When i run Windows Internet Troubleshooter it says the following:

Local Area Connection 2 doesn't have a valid IP Connection - Not Fixed.

In Device Manger i have:

NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller
NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller#2

There are no Yellow Flags against them when i click the properties Windows says they working properly.

I am running Windows 64 Ultimate.
