Recently I had to uninstall my ISP login,it was corrupted,so a tech from my ISP walked me through a manual set so I could get online, the thing of it is,on the corrupted login,it gave you options to turn the modem volume off, which I did,but now I have NO volume whatsoever I tried contacting my ISP (PeoplePC )they just gave me the run around,is there ANY way I can turn the Modem volume back on?.. (I posted this somewhere else by accident I do apologize:-o )

This came from windows help section.

    To adjust modem speaker volume
You must be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group in order to complete this procedure. If your computer is connected to a network, network policy settings might also prevent you from completing this procedure.

Open Phone and Modem Options in Control Panel.
On the Modems tab, click the modem that you want to configure, and then click Properties.
On the Modem tab, under Speaker volume, move the slider to the left or right to adjust the volume.
    Notes

To open Phone and Modem Options, click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Phone and Modem Options.
