   Hi,
   I recently reinstalled windows XP and reinstalled my lexmark X5495 printer but the computer is unable to communicate with the printer and says that module 126 is missing. I cannot access the printer setup & diagnose tools as it states that a program has been moved or deleted.
   Be grateful for any help thanks.

   Have you updated your Windows XP to SP3 and later updates?
   So is your Windows XP fully up to date?
   
   Have you installed the best known current Chipset driver for your PC model/motherboard?
