monitor blinking at startup

    Hello Geeks,
    System specs: 6 month old AMD Dual-Core 3800/2g ram/upgraded vid card to invidia 7300...to run dual monitor setup..new 22" hp...older 17". New monitor blinking during startup until I sign in with password. Started several weeks after card change. Ran registry scan with Uniblue...430 errors detected but did not correct, informed could lose data or system. Use Bitdefender, keep updated and cleaned to my knowledge. :confused
