Monitor Connection question

    WHAT THE HELL is a BNC connection....my 21'' monitor supports it...is it worth getting the cable for?

    I've heard of it... I don't think it's much use to you though. if your monitor's compatible, you video card probably won't be.

    thanks for the information,i am curious to know if i will get better picture quality if i use BNC,i did see some D-SUB to BNC cables,but if all it does is make a tighter connection,then i think i can stay with my D-SUB hook up,those 2 screws hold it toght enough for me lol

    BNC plugs are used mainly on CCTV systems for connecting cameras and PAL monitors. If you are connecting your PC to your monitor you'd be better off using the D Sub connector.

    THANKS MAN,just curious to know my options,and was surprized to see 5 BNC plugs in the back..ill stick with d sub..
