I upgraded my video card from a GeForce7800 to an ATI x1950 Pro, but for some reason there is no red color =/ I checked the settings on the monitor (pushing the buttons on the monitor), and I can see the red just fine with the RGB scale!

So anyways, I hooked up a different monitor to my video card, and the red worked fine. However, the monitor would blink and reset a lot, and oddly today (after about 1 month) that monitor burned out =/

So I'm back to using the old one, but there's no ****ing red color. I checked the cables and they're fine, I even plugged this old monitor into a different computer, and the colors were fine.

I'm getting fed up with this, heh, anyone know if there's a setting or something I need to adjust? And yes, I've tried different drivers, all to the same affect.

I was going to suggest checking none of the pins on the monitor cable have accidentally got pushed in a bit and that the cable was plugged in straight. I'm not sure if the RGB scale would show all colours regardless of whether the pins are pushed in properly but it's worth checking.
