Monitor help

I have an i Inc LCD 28 inch Monitor Model if281dpb

And after I boot up and I am at the Logon screen it starts to Blink it goes Black for 1. SEC. and then comes back to the Logon screen. And it does this for a long time and even after I Logon to my ADMIN account.

Now even if I am on my ADMIN account and it is OK as soon as I go online or even Switch user accounts it starts to Blink again it goes Black for 1. SEC and then comes back and it does not stop for say an Hour.

I do not know how I am even typing this it is not doing it at this time.

My Motherboard is an ECS Model a780gm-a
Northbridge amd 780g Chip
Southbridge amd sb700 Chip

I use the onboard HDMi Port and in device manager under Display adapters it has ati radeon HD 3200 graphics microsoft corporation wddm 1.1

I am runing Win 7. Home Premiume 64 Bit None OEM.
The Monitor has no Drivers that came with it or to Download they tell me it is just Plug and Play.

Any help will be appreciated.

 

Try downloading the newest drivers for your video card from the ATI website. It sounds like you are using the generic ones that come with windows.

 

I am using the Onboard HDMi Port on the Motherboard not any Video Card.

So I do not know were to get the Driver for the Onbord HDMi Port.

I just need this one Driver?
