Monitor Help

alright my monitor is all weird now.. like on the left side of my screen things are slighty blurring b/c things on that side are like.. bigger... and on the right side of my screen things are the opposite.. like things are skinnier.. its really werid.. i had to stretch my screen out MORE b/c when i got off this game i play "Counter-Strike" .. the screen was smaller for some reason... second time its happened to me.. i have no clue whats wrong

 

Its got to be something with your monitor settings. I know with my monitor sometimes it goes all weird but i just hit the auto adjust button and it fixes the problem for me.

 

where is auto adjust at? i cant seem to find it

 

ok its like shaking now slightly.. its annoying... its going to blow up, i swear :/ lol

 

OMG i clicked counter strike today and my screen was really wide and was flashing these really werid colors.. like static on a tv screen kind of.. omg someone help please! lol

 

is this just happening in the game or just all the time?

 

well i just took off this program.. called "reforce" its suppose to make my game smoother.. like it matches my refresh rate and my resolution or something i forget.. but it has always worked fine.. but yeah when i took off the program it worked fine.. and yesterday my screen off counter strike was shaking and doing werid things... today its good i guess.. this is the weridest thing ever..
