monitor input out of range

    I just installed win server 03 as kind of a testing server. after the windows loading screen, the monitor input signal is out of range. how can i adjust it if i cant see whats going on? it says to adjust the monitor to 1680x1050-60Hz. Is there a way to do that in the bios or something?

    i found that it isnt the monitor specifically, but the vid card settings. how can i adjust the vid card settings if i cant see anything after boot?

    nevermind. i reinstalled without my kvm hooked up and it worked.
