Monitor issues? Deeper problems?

First off, my monitor is currently afflicted with a pink hue that is omni-present on everything I try to run. No programs seem affected by this although word(buggy as it is) is being slightly ... odd. Mostly, I want to know if this is a video card problem or symptomatic of a deeper issue.

Any help is good help.

 

Do you have any speakers close to your monitor?

 

Yes it does, why?

 

If the speakers are unshielded ,the magnet will do what you have, if they are for a pc disregard. Try the deguss optition in the monitor menu. ed
