    Hey everyone.
When I bought my computer, I had some problems with the monitor suddenly turning black, and not functioning unless unplugged for a couple of hours. I went to the company with it, and they could se no problem with it, so I took it back home. After that it has worked fine, until a few days ago.
Suddenly it happened again, it just turned black and didnt work. Now it wouldnt even work with being unplugged, so I plugged in another monitor while the company is checking the first monitor again.
And this second monitor, which I plugged in only a few days ago, wont work either. The problem is not the same but this is what happens:
I turn on the computer, screens working fine.
Windows-Icon show, with the blue loading bar, screens working fine.
But when I should come to the log-in menu, I dont. The screen turns black, and the light starts flashing, as if the computer was off, but the computer itself still functions, and with some keyboard commands I turn the computer off.
Does this have to do with the Graphics card?

Im using.. lets see.. Geforce MX6600 or something, not very good with this stuff :(
The first monitor is a flatscreen, and the one Im trying now is not. Might I have to install some drivers? By the way, I CAN start the computer in safe mode.

Thanks for your help, ask if theres something about the comp that you need to know.

    Hi Lunne
Your description could indicate a damaged video driver. The driver in question isn't the Windows VGA driver, but the MX6600 video card driver. You might have to download a fresh copy. However, while in safe mode you can open Device Manager and find the delinquent driver under Display Adapters. After selecting the driver and deleting it, restart your computer, and usually Windows will discover it and provide you with the opportunity to install a fresh copy of the file.

Thanks a lot, it worked. But the base problem isnt solved. The primary screen, flat one, might not work. Didnt try though, so Ill do that now.
