I have DELL 4600, with a 17inch flat panel monitor. I was on google earth when it just stop loading and everything froze. Upset by this I pressed several buttons at the same time and when this happen my tool bar went vertical and my computer shut off. I called my tech friend and he said to come here to find the answer on what to do. I went to properties from the desktop and every thing is running fine it says. Any suggestions, before I call Dell and be but on hold forever.

Left Click in center of Bar And Drag It Down To Bottom Of Screen,
Then When It Is Back Down There,
Right Click On It And Check Lock The TaskBar...

Ok , I mean my whole screen , just not the tool bar. That is now Horizontal but evrything in the tool bar is vertical as well as my screen saver and this web page. I either need to turn my monitor or lay it down to read it.
