    Heres what i've done.
I just replaced my processor because my pc wouldnt even start before. Now it turns on. The monitor itself works when i connect it to this laptop. I thought it was my pci-e graphics card so I tried a pci graphics card, and that did not work. The ram wasn't loose. If I have the speakers on when I turn it on I can't hear it start up.

basically all the fans light up and turn on when I start it so I don't know what it could be

First thing to do, Re-seat all internal hardware, and clear the BIOS. This will rule out the basics. Its always a good idea to clear the BIOS after replacing a CPU.

Also, check for grounding between the motherboard and case. A typical sign of grounding is trouble powering on and part of the motherboard will feel very hot to the touch.

I reseated an nothing. Moved the jumper to clear bios still nothing. Removed all unneeded hardware leaving just the mobo, graphics card, ram, psu and still nothing.

scratch that last message. A solid red light appears when memory is in correct place. The solid red ligth that appears near the power button is on for as long as the monitor says no signal which is no longer than 2 seconds. I get a black screen completly if it is in the wrong place

hmm, so it definetly sounds like one of those primary components is bad, but it wont be easy to see which one it is unless you have a way to test the individual pieces.

Is there any other computer that you can test your RAM in, or any other RAM you can test in your computer? Same thing with graphics card.

you're still getting lights, so its probably not power supply related.

I think the motherboards fried. I tried a different graphics card already. And I have 2 different ram sticks I was messing around with today and still no go. The whole reason I got a new processor besides the fact that I thought it would fix the problem was that about 5 months ago I unplugged my cpu fan by accident and thats when my processor died. So I probably also fried the motherboard that day to.

That sounds very likely. Most of the time when a CPU fries, it fries the socket also fries.
