Monitor wont come on !! help !!

    Hi people benn a while since ive been on here but i have a friends pc and it a packard bell with a ASUS P5S800 - VM/s and Celeron d CPU, 256 MB/400 DDR on board GPU and the monitor dont come on i have tried a nother sceen that works, DDR that works and placed a AGP graphics card in to bypass the on board to see if its that ANY IDEAS OR POINTERS ANYONE !!
