Monitor won't work

I computer monitor worked fine. I turned the computer off for a week and came back and turned it back on and it won't work.

When U unPlug the monitor cord from the desktop it wakes up a nd shows a screen that says NO IMPUT, so I think it works the CPU is not asleep
How do I get it to work?
