Not nessasarily, monitoring temps can give indications to CPU rising temps because the fan/heatsink is blocked with fuzz/fluff and other furry bits.

okay just dl and open it. Its beeping like crazy now. Says 12 V out of Threshold. Whats that?

most likely the apps reading the figure wrongly ..... these apps dont always read the data 100% correctly.... to double check enter your Bios and there will be a section somewhere about temps & voltages monitoring... check in there and see what it says.

you may have to wait for an update in that app to correct that wrong reading voltage.
