more about my recent post asking for help

Hi. I am new. I just posted about my antivirus program suddenly not working after working fine since installation about two months ago. I neglected to mention that I have had it for awhile with no problems, so it is not an installation problem. By the way, the updates load extremely slowly.
I hope to get some help as to why this program no longer loads and says it may have been uninstalled.

Sheena, I believe you should go to the home website of the maker of your antivirus and trouble shoot from there, no way can we tell from here what is going on, possibly a trial version that has expired. Good Luck. ed
