More error messages -- NOD32 reported file infected with Win32/Adware.MyWaySpeed

    NOD32 (on demand) manual scanner reported that a file was infected. These were the error messages:

    PROGRAM FILES C DRIVE\MyWay\myBar\1.bin\MY2NS.EXE is infected with application Win32/Adware.MyWaySpeed
    The file can be deleted. It is strongly recommended that you back up any crucial data before you proceed.

    AND then it added these files were infected as well...

    PROGRAM FILES C DRIVE\MyWay\myBar\1.bin\MYBAR.DLL is infected with application Win32/Adware.ExactSearch.B. The file can be deleted. It is strongly recommended that you back up any crucial data before you proceed.

    AND

    PROGRAM FILES C DRIVE\MyWay\myBar\1.bin\NPMYWAY.DLL is infected with application Win32/Adware.MyWaySpeed. The file can be deleted. It is strongly recommended that you back up any crucial data before you proceed.

    Should I delete them? And what exactly are they anyway?
