    Hello:

Can anyone tell me what these errors mean?

    "Run-time error '429" Active X Component can't create object"

"Sgmain has caused an error..please restart your computer"

    Thanks

sgmain error might be more tricky, looks like it could be related to SpywareGuard. Might uninstall it for now, or remove it from startup at least to see if that error goes away. If so, check their website for a faq or forums to see if they have it listed as a known issue.
