Question: Will the Dell 2350 and 4700 motherboards handle the RAM upgrade of two 512MB PC2100 DDR 184PINS?:confused

I'm assuming you mean Dell Dimension PCs, models 2350 and 4700. The Dimension 2350 will take a maximum of two memory sticks at 512mb each for 1gb total. The Dimenstion 4700 will NOT take DDR memory! It takes DDR2. DDR2 has 240pins and DDR has 184pins and they have totally different slots, so a DDR2 won't fit in a DDR slot. So, no, The Dimension 4700 will not take the memory you mentioned. It can take up to 4x1gb DDR2-533 PC4300.
