(More) Internet Explorer Problems

Firstly not a hugh problem but my internet explorer needs me to click the Back twice to go back a page, does get quite annoying. Also was having problems loggin onto Hotmail, seems to load for ages and not appear but when I hit my hot key for it, it might appear instantly or still take forever.
Also some banner adverts and other items do not load up on pages, I just get a box were they should be saying the usual "Page cannot be displayed" etc.

I've installed all the windows updates including service pack 2 and tried AVG, Spy Bot, Ad-Aware and CW Shredder but these small problems still seem to exist.

When I try and run the IEFIX programme the following message appears. Where do I get the required file from?

The File 'I EXPLORE.EXE' Windows XP Proffesional Service Pack 2 CD is needed.

After closing the window the programme then started to run but continually asked me to insert my XP Proffesional disc. When I did it told that it was the wrong disk. This may have something to do with my other problem with my CD and other drives.
