More of my goofy problems.

    This is just a quick one though.

    Would it be possible that a motherboard would POST, recognize all of the periphials, ( including floppy, CD-ROM, and HDD ), and be able to go to BIOS; BUT, be unable to use any of these periphials due to a possilbe PSU being too weak to handle the system?

    Easiest way I can think of to discribe what's going on with my secondary box right now.

    Not sure that I'm FULLY understanding... but, from what I gather: Yes it is possible that your power supply is not pumping out enought Volts to power everything in your machine (not likely though). What type of computer is it, and what is the max power on the PSU?

    make sure the rear set switch is on 115,just went thru the same thing. new power pack was on 220,would post but not run. was putting pack on tester when i happened to see it,didnt hurt anything.
