More Pushing Tech Overseas?

The ignorance of the government intelligence community is appalling.
And what does Obama think this will do besides sabotage Apple sales of the iPhone? People will just change to a secure phone, probably one from overseas.
Many of us store private information on our phones, having local police access means local crooks have access as well. We need security on our phones.

This is where I agree with Apple. The DOJ is not trying to get a file, or evidence from Apple, but force them to to make something. Once that genie is out of the bottle, no way to put it back in. The 4A states that "Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." If it does not exist, where is it? How to you seize something not created?
