More Windows XP boot problems

Runnig windows XP Professional with SP2.
Computer does not boot on standard mode. On safe mode starts the booting process and stops at "drivers agp400.sys". It resets, re-starts and stops at same address and continues to loop repeating the same until power is turn off.

Any help is welcome

If you could post some hardware specs, it would be helpful. What I'm getting at is this: if you're using an add-on video card (like a PCIe/AGP/PCI card), and your motherboard has on-board video, you can try removing the video card and plugging the monitor in to the on-board video (be sure to unplug the power cord before opening the case!).
