most irritating thing ever

I have been getting an error message popping up about every five minutes or so for the past day. It says "Error loading C:\Progra~1\Internet The specified module could not be found. I have no idea what that is, and I have even less idea how to get rid of it. I have "Startup CPL" installed, and when this started happening there two things listed that I didn't recognize. Every time I deleted one of them, the other one would pop back into the startup menu. I tried to go through and do it in safe mode, but the system keeps restarting its self when i try to boot in safe mode. Can anyone help me out here with some suggestions?

 

I'm running XP pro, and there are three different ones that load in turn. The name on all trhee of them is the same, 4#R@5RK58HEN9F, but it comes from three different paths in turn, C:\WINDOWS\System32\Dwy14U.exe, C:\WINDOWS\System32\Oval73H.exe, and C:\WINDOWS\System32\Kwz2Xc2b.exe. I've looked in the System 32 folder, but cant find any of them, and dont know what to do to find them. I did manage to get the irritating error message to go away, but these things are still making the PC run like crap.
