Motheboard Switch ?

I've moved back to my Asus m4n78 se motherboard ( i had ma785gm-us2h)

I've moved for olny one reason...and that is becouse this motherboard has support for Crosair Dominator ddr2 1066mhz for A and B dimm solts...

The thing is even on this motherboard when i set up on 533mhz 5-5-5-15 2,10v
It's not stable...? i mean wtf are they really making such a CRAP product or what ? I've thinkin about setting them to 333mhz and oc my cpu would that help... i olny i one problem doing this... when i seet my fsb to 300mhz and my multiplier to 10x so that i get the stock cpu speed it wont load.... ? i even tried to add some voltage to processor-NB and it dont juice a thing ?
I really dont know what to do i've tried like milion things with these memory sticks and still i cant get them running on 1066mhz 5-5-5-15...

BTW. i checked on asus website and they are on QLV list (memory modules) and i have the lastest bios possible 3005 (3/8/2010) i think dont matter ... just if u can give me advice how can i do a succsesful boot on fsb 300mhz ?

it allways locks up no matter what ??

 

Offtopic question... about harddrive ( i dont have it in THIS -- position becuse my case isnt standing...its lying on the floor can this cause that harddrive go to hell sooner becuse of this position ?

The constat temparature is 31,5 c (WD1,5-TERA 64MB CACHE)

i found a stable set... cpu clock 250mhz/mem:400mhz=Mem 1000mhz 5-5-5-15 (even subtimings)

on 2,09v yaay cpu oc'd to 3,250mhz....i have a stock cooler and when i run prime on blend....the cpu is 56-57,5c(cores) hot so that's kinda redline... idle is 25c... and i have arctic MX3....i mean WTF
