Mother board X Graphics Card Compatibility

Hello, there. I have a PEGATRON IPM31 motherboard, of 1.01G, 267 megahertz Bus Clock and BIOS IPM31 0303 05/04/2009. (I hope that will be useful information... I'm so damn clueless about this). I want to get a Geforce 9500GT.
Are they compatible? Please, help me. :confused

 

better yet, was this computer purchased whole? or did you build it. Pegatron is an OEM name for Asus, and I'm guessing any information about it will be from the maker of the computer. A quick search brought up Terra Computer systems.

further searching and i found a manual for the motherboard.

Thank you for finding the manual! I tried searching myself, but wasn't lucky. Comparing the PCI from my motherboard with the requirements for the card board, I'm guessing it will indeed work.

Yes, it's "Terra". It's a Brazilian company. I hadn't thought of contacting them directly, thanks for the tip. I'm sending an e-mail right now. Let's hope they have a decent support service.

looks as tho you can add a graphics card

just make sure that if you get a card that requires a separate power connector, there's one on your power supply, and that the power supply is sufficient enough to handle it.
