Motherboard compatability

    I am afraid not,the motherboard you have is a socket a motherboard and the processor is a socket 939 processor. In order to use that processor you will need to buy a new motherboard.

    No, you need a Socket A (Socket 462)

    The ones you linked are Socket 754.

    According to THIS, the maximum it will support is an Athlon XP 2800+. (Assuming there isn't a Bios upgrade that addresses this)
