Motherboard compatability

i have a

can i do it? need any more info? i got 512 ram. and i currently have a amd athlon thunder bird, socket A, clocking at 1ghz -_-.

 

I am afraid not,the motherboard you have is a socket a motherboard and the processor is a socket 939 processor. In order to use that processor you will need to buy a new motherboard.

 

can i get a list of AMD good processors that are compatible?

No, you need a Socket A (Socket 462)

The ones you linked are Socket 754.

According to THIS, the maximum it will support is an Athlon XP 2800+. (Assuming there isn't a Bios upgrade that addresses this)
