Motherboard CPU ugrade???

I am thinking of going with the Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz . Here is where I need help!! What mother board do I go with. My PC is more of a Media Center PC. I surf the net and record TV. Sometimes We get into photo shop eidting but not much more besides office apps. At this point I only use one video card and I also use the onboard sound. Not looking to break the bank. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I was lloking at the ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo but I am not sure if this is more than I realy need. I do use an external hard drive the is eSata and USB 2.0 so I guess I need eSata too! HDMI would be nice too but not needed.

$200-$300 max mobo and cpu combined. CPU is $169 so that leaves about $130 give or take a few dollars.
