motherboard has a foreign lanuage

    hi all.
    well the reason i'm writing this is my girlfriend got an virus in her computer.once i went into the bio's i seen everything was in a foreign lanuage,i could make out some of the saying ,so what i did was put another copy of xp on it(inotice some of the xp instation was in FL).well that didnt work and it being an out computer i order her an cheap combo(motherboard and cpu)
    welll, once i hook it up its still had the FL. i flash it last night and it when back to the english lanuage,once i when to install the windows update it crash and when back to the FL,DO anyone have any suggesttion on what i should try next?

    We need a lot more information from you: operating system and service pack #, make and model # of your motherboard(s), any pertinent machine information.

    If we can get you to a bootable state, then I'd strongly suggest following the steps in the Malware Forum's Read and Run Me First thread.
