I recently loaded MotherBoard Moniter because CpuIdle says it helps it. But when looking through the list of motherboards I can't find mine on there. Anyone have any advice on to what to do? Does it have to be my exact board? my computer is a Compaq Presario SR1426NX and my mother board is Intel 915GV Express. also my computer specs are on this page http://www.ciao.com/Compaq_Presario_SR1426NX_P4_515_2_93_GHz__15435361. Some one help please I want this to work.

    Hi

as Motherboard Monitor is now not developed and has not been since 2006 (iirc) then many motherboard chipsets and their various sensor informations are not in the application, my advice is if you need to monitor temps then use either of these

If the Motherboard Monitor forum was still in existance someone may have had the correct temp Diode's for you to try, to answer the exact board question then yes as the diodes maybe different numbers for the various temps, some are not even temp diodes.
