Motherboard question

    I have been on the computer with HP all week and the best answer they can come up with is MY Motherboard is probably bad. Is there a way to test it to see if they are correct.

    This should be in the hardware section but anyway. What problems are you having with the motherboard to start with?

    I the pc you are trying to test actuall working?

    Still using it now. Just won't shutdown, that's what I don't understand.
