I just went out and bought an ATI Radeon X700 Pro without checking to see if my motherboard would actually be compatible. (dumb move) Now I have no idea whether or not I need to go out and buy a new Motherboard. Currently I am using - ECS Elitegroups P4VXASD2+ - If anyone could let me know if this one will work and if not a motherboard I ought to use I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

    The card is AGP

So you're after an AGP motherboard?

I'm assuming you want a Pentium 4 board so you can use your existing processor?

Do you have a price range or limit?

That's what I can't figure out, although there are quite a few revisions of this board.

Are you sure your current board doesn't have an AGP slot?

It does have an AGP slot. I didn't know that was the only requirement. Thank you Kaula.

Some cards also require a molex power connector to be attached, but that's not a big deal and your manual will tell you.
