Motherboard with onboard video and sound

Building a comp for a friend, new build.
AMD X2 3800 dual-core CPU.
She's not a hard core gamer at all, just surfs and email and occasional games (but not graphic intense). I use her computer for the heavier gaming stuff and photoshop.
So, what do you guys recommend, for something with video/audio on-board.
I was told to get this motherboard

at the very top.
Someone told me this about the board
"If you plan to use the S/PDIF make sure they will sell you a bracket since I don't see one listed in the box.

Looking at hte included item pics at newegg.com the Biostar TForce mATX is one of the few that does include digital out connectors (optical & coax) instead of just header pins on the motherboard."

S/PDIF, what's that? Analog only inputs for sound?
