Looking for a motherboard for a Dell e6510. Noticed 2 or 3 different models, are the all interchangeable? Does it have to the the exact model in my rig? BTW do replies from the board show up on e-mails? I see a place to check it off, but never get the replies in e-mail?

One of the models is for the 6510 only and the other could be used in the 6510 or another model of Dell laptop. I had the same for a system board for a Precision M70 (it could be used in two different models).

If you selected email notification of replies, did you enter the correct email address you wanted the notifications to go to?

Sometimes the same model laptop has been known to be Intel or AMD based. Your system specs will determine which model board you require.

Disassembly to find the specific model number on the board is usually the best way to decide.
